Information on Purchasing Tickets at Ticket Impulse

Ticket Impulse is a PaaS (Platform as a Service) used by Promoters and Organizers to promote their events and sell tickets.

Promoters authorize us to collect payments for tickets sold on their behalf. During the purchase process, we securely process the data you provide. Your information is carefully protected by us and by our trusted payment partners, Stripeand Authorize.net.

To ensure a smooth ticket-buying experience, safeguard your personal data, and reliably process transactions, we charge a service commission on each ticket sold.

Canceled and Rescheduled Events

Occasionally, events may be canceled or rescheduled. If this occurs, we will make every effort to notify you and provide clear instructions regarding next steps. For the latest updates, please check the event details online or contact us at office@ticketimpulse.com.

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are permitted, except in the case of event cancellation. If your ticket was purchased through TicketImpulse.com and qualifies for a refund, the amount will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Service and Order Processing Fees

Tickets purchased from TicketImpulse.com are generally subject to a service fee and handling fee, both of which are non-refundable.

Restrictions

Users are strictly prohibited from using multiple accounts, payment methods, email addresses, home addresses, falsified information, or engaging in any other deceptive or manipulative behavior for the purpose of purchasing tickets.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders and tickets without prior notice. Upon cancellation, we may refund the face value of the ticket only, excluding any associated fees.

Tickets may be offered subject to specific restrictions on entry or use (including but not limited to minimum age requirements or obstructed/restricted views). Such restrictions will be disclosed prior to or at the time of booking. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all notifications and information provided during the purchase process. We are not liable if you or any guests under your booking are refused admission due to failure to comply with — or provide proof of compliance with — applicable entry restrictions.

Pricing and Availability

We sell tickets on behalf of Event Promoters. This means:

  • We do not set ticket prices.

  • We do not control seating or ticket availability.

  • Seating charts reflect the general layout of the venue but may be subject to change without notice.

Tickets are distributed through multiple channels, including online platforms, social networks, and Box Offices. As a result, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may become available closer to the event date, but Ticket Impulse has no control over this inventory or its release.

Currency

  • All ticket prices for events in the United States are quoted in US Dollars (USD).

  • All ticket prices for events in Canada are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
